Fiestaware with Decals

Yes, there is Fiestaware with decals.  There were fiestaware dishes, pitchers, ornaments and other pieces produced with decals. Some fiesta was decorated by the Homer Laughlin Company, but other pieces were sent to smaller companies to be decorated.

There are rare plates with turkey decals that were completely produced by the HLC, but they are very hard to find. The turkey plates can be found with a maroon band, a yellow band, and trimmed in gold.

There were several different decals used on fiesta. You may find pieces done by the Royal China company marked “Georgian by Homer Laughlin,Royal China”.

Tom and Jerry fiestaware is another type of fiesta with decals. Tom and Jerry mugs are not hard to find but there were footed salad bowls that are rare.

HLC used fiesta in 1954 and 1955 for their calendar plate. This is another type of fiesta with decals you might find.

Fiestaware with decals is especially seen on pitchers.  There were several companies, like China Specialties and others that put their own decals on pieces.  Home Laughlin put their own decals on several pieces through the years.  Anniversary pieces commonly have decals.  The rose on the pearl grey vase pictured is one example.
