Hi. I have a collection of Fiesta ware pitchers but one is different in that the moulding on the side is diagonal rather than concentric circles. It is yellow with a random blue sponge decoration. The back stamp has been worn away other than the words SAN ANTONIO. It did have a foil sticker but that is long gone and I don’t recall what it said. I’ve had this pitcher for many years, in fact I found it long before I started collecting Fiesta ware – is it in fact a Fiesta ware piece or a copy? Hope you can help. Thanks.

I looked around the net and talked to a couple of other collectors and we decided that the pitcher may be artisan pottery from San Antonio, either Texas or Mexico, but it is definitely not Homer Laughlin Fiestaware.

What do the rest of you think?
